2023 was not exactly what I was expecting.
2023 was my second year attempting to do 𝖙𝖍𝖎𝖘 (gestures vaguely), so at around August / September of 2023 I noticed I wasn't doing as well as I had been the year before, I took it to be a direct reflection of my work. But then I started noticing more people mentioning it online that they too were being effected, so I selfishly felt a bit better; it wasn't just me.

I learned a lot this past year, mostly how to be kinder to myself and not get hung up on what I should be doing or producing. And to try to compare myself less to others (LOL, not possible).
My goal is a slow goal here at Total Eclipse of the Art. Like many people I know who have toddlers / babies, we won't be sending our youngest to daycare, so all of this will be juggled around whatever mood our almost-threenager is in, so I'm trying to keep my standards low.
I was inspired by Heather from Naughty Florals' 2023 post and created my own 2023 wrap-up. While mine doesn't include nearly as much information (𝕴'𝖒 𝖏𝖚𝖘𝖙 𝖆 𝖜𝖎𝖉𝖉𝖑𝖊 𝖇𝖆𝖇𝖞), there were some stats this year that I'm quite proud of ✨

Like, 9 people reordered from me? And more than once? That's a lot. 2019-me would be absolutely flabbergasted.
Thank you so much for being here, for however long. Here's to 2024! 🥂🌙
